Salesforce Delivery Director – Global Systems Integrator

My client, a globally recognised Systems Integrator delivering some of the most complex Salesforce programmes in the market, is hiring an experienced Salesforce Delivery Director to lead enterprise-scale transformation for their top-tier customers.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll take full charge of delivery performance across a 40–60 person Salesforce team, guiding multi-disciplinary squads spanning architecture, engineering, PMO, consulting, and offshore capability.

What you’ll lead

You’ll oversee end-to-end execution of large Salesforce programmes—governance, risk, commercials, capability alignment and client engagement at board level. You’ll hold responsibility for a £4-6 million portfolio, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes across multi-cloud environments and multi-region operations.
