TechOhana are supporting a forward-thinking organisation launching a brand-new Salesforce implementation. Finding a proactive Salesforce Consultant to lead and support the rollout of Sales & Service Cloud from day one.
Key responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration: Customise Sales & Service Cloud to align with business needs
- Workflow Automation: Build Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- User Enablement: Train users and create documentation to drive adoption
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Required Experience/Skills:
- Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years’ hands-on with Sales & Service Cloud
- Automation Pro: Confident with Flows, validation rules, and process automation
- Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot issues and deliver smart solutions
