Overview
TechOhana is a specialist Salesforce recruitment partner working with a large e-commerce brand on a major multi-phase Salesforce transformation. They are looking for a contract Salesforce Commerce Cloud Specialist to play a key role in optimising and delivering their B2C commerce experience.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the customer journey β ensuring scalability, seamless integrations, and high-performing solutions across a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Configure, customise, and optimise commerce functionality to enhance user experience
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other Salesforce specialists to ensure seamless delivery
- Support integrations with third-party platforms including payment gateways, OMS, and ERP systems
- Provide expertise on performance optimisation, scalability, and security
- Ensure best practices are applied across development, testing, and deployment cycles
- Create and maintain solution documentation and support knowledge transfer
Required Experience/Skills
- Strong background working with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Deep understanding of commerce architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to align business and technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering against tight deadlines
- Knowledge of multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing) a plus
