Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Rate: £600.00 P/D (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (1 Day a week in Manchester)
Length: 5 Months Initial
TechOhana are working with a well-established retail brand currently scaling their Salesforce platform as part of a multi-phase transformation programme. They’re looking for a contract Salesforce Business Analyst to join for the next phase of delivery, helping bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to capture, refine, and prioritise Salesforce requirements across Sales and Service Cloud
- Translate complex retail processes into actionable user stories and functional documentation
- Facilitate workshops, gather insights, and validate solutions with end-users and technical teams
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing cycles as part of a cross-functional agile team
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes and Salesforce capability through strong BA fundamentals
Required Experience/Skills:
- 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on large-scale projects
- Background working in the retail sector or other B2C-facing environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Excellent documentation skills and stakeholder engagement
- Experience delivering in agile teams and hybrid working environments
