Theyβre seeking a strategic, hands-on Salesforce Architect to define design, delivery and roadmap decisions across multiple clouds and business units.
Role Overview
- Lead architectural design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Own technical strategy, ensuring scalable, best-practice solutions
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and global stakeholders
- Define integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft)
- Champion platform governance, DevOps pipelines and design standards
Experience
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect in an enterprise setting
- Deep knowledge of multi-cloud architecture (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Strong background in API integrations and third-party systems
- Expertise in data modelling, security, performance tuning and release management
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect; CTA desirable
