TechOhana have partnered with a well-regarded UK business to bring on a Salesforce Administrator with a strong finance and accounting background.

This is an internal role within a long-established, tightly knit Salesforce team responsible for the ongoing development and administration of a complex, business-wide Salesforce org. The platform is central to how the organisation operates, and the team is continuously improving it. Finance is a core part of the remit and candidates without a working knowledge of financial processes will not be considered.

Working alongside a small, experienced team and reporting into a Head of Salesforce, you will take ownership of day-to-day Salesforce administration, user support, and the ongoing development of the platform. The environment is declarative-first with no custom development, and there is significant focus on Flow automation and the rationalisation of legacy processes. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders on troubleshooting, process improvement, and platform enhancements related to financial operations.

Requirments:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • A solid, working understanding of finance and accounting processes including billing, revenue recognition, accounts payable, P&L, and project financials. This is a firm requirement for the role
  • Strong experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows across record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flow types
  • Experience supporting and managing a Salesforce org with 200 or more users
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA or Certinia Accounting is desirable
  • A stable, collaborative team environment with a strong track record of tenure
  • Broad platform exposure with genuine scope to develop skills in automation and beyond
