TechOhana has partnered with a growing not-for-profit organisation to bring on an Implementation Consultant. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of a CRM and database platform for a well-established consultancy, working both independently and as part of a wider technical team. You will configure and deliver the platform to meet the client's requirements, gathering technical requirements directly with stakeholders and training the client on the solution once built.
- Experience in a consultancy or similarly client-facing technical role
- A track record of gathering requirements and translating them into a technical solution
- A demonstrable understanding of relational databases or CRM systems
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or a related field
- Experience with iMIS, or a comparable CRM or database platform
- Experience working with or within not-for-profit organisations
