Junior Salesforce Administrator – Hybrid (Leeds) Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE Location: Leeds (3 days office / 2 days home) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role

I\’m working with an exciting end user client that are on the look out for a Junior Salesforce Admin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has picked up some Salesforce Experience, and wants to take the next step in to a business that they can really learn and progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the Salesforce platform
• Assist with user management, permissions, and data integrity
• Help create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Work with the wider team to gather requirements and deliver system improvements
• Support the rollout of new Salesforce features and integrations
• Provide first-line support and training to Salesforce users

About You

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Salesforce experience
• A keen interest in developing your Salesforce skills and career
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) desirable but not essential
