Senior Full-Stack Engineer – (Java | Python | PHP | Laravel)

My client is looking for a Senior Software Developer to drive innovation, mentor a high-performing dev team, and spearhead best practices in DevOps and Agile methodologies. This is your chance to have a real impact—both technically and strategically—in a fast-evolving company.

THE ROLE:

• Collaborate with the Head of Systems & IT and key stakeholders to carve the roadmap
• Utilise Languages such as Python, Java, PHP and Laravel to shape the technical landscape
• Champion CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment strategies
• Bring bold, fresh ideas to the table and help bring them to life
• Guide the evolution of our internal platforms and web-based systems

Technical Skills needed:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks (e.g. Python, PHP, Java, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML/CSS)
• Strong database knowledge (SQL, MySQL)
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Strong understanding of web architecture, cloud environments, and scalable systems
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence a bonus
