We’re working with a growing and well-established business in Staffordshire that is looking to hire a CRM Manager to take ownership of their customer relationship management and marketing communications strategy. This role is ideal for a CRM professional with strong marketing and lifecycle experience, who enjoys using data and automation to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable, but not essential if you’ve worked with similar CRM or marketing automation platforms.
The Role
As CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the CRM platform and delivering targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy
- Planning, building and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push and digital)
- Managing customer journeys, segmentation and personalisation
- Using CRM data and insights to improve engagement, retention and conversion
- Working closely with marketing, commercial and digital teams to align campaigns with wider business goals
- Reporting on campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights
- Managing CRM processes, data quality and compliance (including GDPR)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a CRM Manager or Senior CRM role
- Strong background in marketing, lifecycle or customer communications
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with customer data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalisation and automation best practices
- Previous experience in B2C or multi-channel marketing environments
