I’m partnering with a well-established, national healthcare services organisation to hire a CRM Manager with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience for a high-impact, hands-on role within a small, commercial marketing team.
This is a rare opportunity to own the end-to-end CRM and patient communication journey, with a strong focus on lead nurture, database reactivation, and conversion. You’ll sit at the heart of Marketing and Sales, using data, empathy, and creativity to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning CRM strategy and execution across email and SMS journeys
- Designing automated lead nurture and conversion campaigns across the funnel
- Working closely with Sales to support pipeline growth and bookings
- Building and optimising campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM)
- Segmenting audiences and personalising journeys using behavioural and commercial insight
- Reporting on performance, testing, optimising, and improving conversion
- Shaping patient-first messaging that builds trust and drives action
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of lead nurture and behaviour-driven marketing
- Confident writing clear, human, purpose-led messaging
- Commercially minded and data-driven, with a creative edge
- Comfortable owning CRM in a small, fast-paced team
- Experience in healthcare, services, or experience-led brands is a plus
