TechOhana have partnered with a UK charity delivering a major programme of new digital platforms and training resources for its sector, to bring on a Systems and Platforms Manager. This role is fully remote.

This role owns a portfolio of business-critical platforms, acting as the bridge between vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical staff. The successful candidate will ensure existing systems run reliably while leading the implementation of new platforms as the organisation's needs evolve.

The Role

  • Act as named owner for each system
  • Manage integrations and data flows between platforms
  • Lead vendor relationships day to day
  • Plan and deliver platform projects end to end, including timelines, risk registers, and reporting to senior leadership

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrable experience owning or administering SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with the Salesforce platform
  • A proven track record of end-to-end project delivery, including vendor and stakeholder management
