Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process design, and configuration/customization of the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) platform.
- Act as the primary ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst in engagements, ensuring successful delivery of platform solutions.
- Create high-level and low-level technical design documents and contribute to architecture discussions and deployment planning.
- Demonstrate IRM and SecOps solutions as required, showcasing platform capabilities to stakeholders.
- Work across various IRM modules such as Policy Management, Compliance & Audit Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity Management, Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, and Security Dashboard.
- Assess existing IRM processes for maturity and identify automation opportunities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Apply knowledge of advanced risk management practices and continuous control monitoring.
- Develop and execute test plans; participate in client UAT sessions and oversee production migration.
- Manage GRC use stories within Agile teams and lead iteration planning and delivery.
- Understand and utilize Observables, Indicators of Compromise (IOC), and IoC Lookups for enhanced security posture.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC applications and modules, leveraging built-in capabilities such as plug-ins, workflows, UI elements, tables, dictionaries, integrations, and dependencies.
- Develop scripts and automation using ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
Required Skills
- Certified ServiceNow IRM and/or SecOps Administrator or Consultant (mandatory).
- Minimum of one full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow IRM/SecOps.
- Working knowledge of vulnerability management processes and related tools.
- Preferred certifications: ISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC (or equivalent).
Platform / Tool Expertise
- ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and SecOps modules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech, BCA/MCA).
- ServiceNow Certified Consultant credential preferred.
