Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of CMS-based digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful execution across agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CMS-based applications (e.g., Adobe AEM).
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Lead discovery, solutioning, and inception phases for digital CMS initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX, design, development, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well understood and prioritized.
- Work independently to manage deliverables and meet project timelines.
- Contribute to problem-solving in complex, fast-paced digital environments.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, specifically CMS-based solutions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to break down complex requirements into meaningful, manageable user stories.
- Experience collaborating with UX and design teams.
- Hands-on, self-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
