We provide end-to-end IT solutions and services including Applications services, Data & Analytics services, AI/ML Technologies and Professional services in the UK and EU market.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of CMS-based digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful execution across agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CMS-based applications (e.g., Adobe AEM).
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Lead discovery, solutioning, and inception phases for digital CMS initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, development, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well understood and prioritized.
  • Work independently to manage deliverables and meet project timelines.
  • Contribute to problem-solving in complex, fast-paced digital environments.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, specifically CMS-based solutions.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to break down complex requirements into meaningful, manageable user stories.
  • Experience collaborating with UX and design teams.
  • Hands-on, self-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
