Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Datasphere Testing Consultant with strong expertise in data modelling, HR domain processes, and Success Factors integration.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in validating SAP Datasphere components, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and seamless integration across HR systems and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities SAP Datasphere Testing

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Datasphere components including

  • Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models.
  • Semantic modelling, business layer definitions, and metadata structures.
  • Validate data pipelines, transformations, lineage, and modelling consistency across environments.
  • Ensure alignment of Datasphere models with enterprise architecture and reporting needs.
  • HR Domain Testing Expertise
  • Apply strong HR functional knowledge while testing data models related to:
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
  • Validate HR KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in analytical datasets.
  • Success Factors Integration Testing
  • Perform testing and validation of Success Factors integrations using OData APIs.

• Model and test datasets sourced from

  • Employee Central
  • Compensation
  • Additional Success Factors modules as required
  • Ensure smooth data flow and transformation between Success Factors, Datasphere, and downstream systems.
  • Data Management & Governance Testing
  • Test data harmonization and transformation processes for consistency and alignment with business rules.
  • Validate data governance frameworks, quality checks, lineage tracking, and security rules.
  • Work with HR data warehouses such as MDFC/CDW or similar platforms to ensure accurate integration and modelling.
  • Additional Skills & Responsibilities
  • Utilize SQL for data validation, query-based testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Apply best practices in data modelling and analytical design during testing cycles.
  • Support validation of SAC Planning models and their integration with SAP Datasphere.
  • Demonstrate understanding of cloud architecture, data security, and compliance in testing activities.
