Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. This role involves hands-on configuration, custom development, and system integrations to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business processes and functional requirements.
- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Create and manage custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and support deployments across Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience creating and managing custom objects and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation in Salesforce.
