Technology Architect

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect to join our Presales team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS Product Suite. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, partnering with stakeholders across presales and account management.

As a Technology Architect, you will provide expert support to the sales team by demonstrating and presenting TechnologyOne products and solutions to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with passionate colleagues and make a meaningful impact on how our solutions are delivered and experienced.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the sales team by providing high quality technical and architectural knowledge, guidance & support including internal and external architectural design to drive solutions and value‑selling.
• Provide responses to Platform & Technical questions for tenders and bids.
• Deliver presentations & provide expertise through workshops and meetings with customers.
• Develop relationships with key internal & external stakeholders and work closely with the sales organisation to build relationships with customers.
• Ensure that systems and processes are maintained and be the thought leader in suggesting new ways of improving systems.
• Assist the sales team with presales activities including assistance on the development of formal sales plans, proposals and presentations for prospective and existing customers.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture design concepts, integration architecture, and SaaS platforms (security, authentication, platform services, integration protocols, web and mobile application architectures).
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to foster collaboration across teams and build strong partnerships.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences, adapting to queries in real time, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution positioning, consultative sales, and responding to tenders and presentations.
• Broad understanding of corporate business processes, ERP software and applied AI/ML concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
