Overview
At TechnologyOne, the Product Owner is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their product and leads strategic product direction, managing the product roadmap and backlog to deliver a compelling customer experience. Product Owners collaborate with the Product Success Director and fellow Product Owners to deliver artefacts and enablement materials to support the product development process. They proactively engage with internal and external customers to identify Product Prove Partners and help build a positive Product Community. We are seeking an experienced Financials Product expert to join our product management team and head our Product evolution in the UK.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Serve as the SME on assigned products, including features, compliance, and market positioning.
- Contribute to a unified product backlog by researching input strategies and drafting business cases to guide investment decisions.
- Define and prioritise region-specific requirements in collaboration with the Product Success team.
- Build and maintain a Regional Customer Engagement Plan to foster collaboration, enhance product features, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support product adoption by delivering key content and working with the Product Success team to ensure smooth implementation for internal and external users.
- Lead customer testing phases, promote the product at events, and gather feedback to refine the product roadmap and strategy.

- Thorough knowledge of the Financials, Enterprise Budgeting and Enterprise Cash Receipting products, their features and functions and the ability to apply that knowledge.
- Detailed knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements for the region.

- Exceptional communication capability that promotes trust and commitment through clear, open communication.
