Working with the UK sales team, you will provide a compelling customer experience by producing high quality tender responses and proposals, in accordance with corporate positioning, customer requirements and risk management processes. You will have an excellent attention to detail and have a strong business acumen. You will be process driven and a great communicator with a demonstrated understanding of ERP Solutions. TechnologyOne is currently going through an exciting growth phase in the UK and this role will play a pivotal part in our continued success.
What you'll be doing...
- Lead bid management activities: Provide industry expertise to ensure all TechOne bids are accurate, compelling, and compliant with defined standards, resulting in attractive offerings for customers.
- Drive collaboration and communication: Build strong relationships with regional sales, Presales Consultants, and internal stakeholders, while advising on bid decisions and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Oversee bid processes and approvals: Control and track all formal proposals and tender responses, manage sign-off requests from initial screening to final authorisation, and collate internal team responses within agreed timelines.
- Maintain tools and documentation: Own and update bid templates, presentation materials, and the document management system, ensuring version control and adherence to company formatting standards.
- Champion continuous improvement: Establish timelines and standards for each bid response and apply ongoing process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of proven experience in Bid Management, ideally in a technology sector.
- Experience in working in a matrixed environment with a number of different stakeholders who are based in different geographies.
- Understanding of corporate processes such as bid management, sales cadence, software as a service, and industries such as local governments and higher education.
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced level of skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient level of Photoshop.
- Proficient level of Loopio desired.
