We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect to join our Presales team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS Product Suite. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, partnering with stakeholders across presales and account management.
As a Technology Architect, you will provide expert support to the sales team by demonstrating and presenting TechnologyOne products and solutions to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with passionate colleagues and make a meaningful impact on how our solutions are delivered and experienced.
Responsibilities- Support the sales team by providing high quality technical and architectural knowledge, guidance & support including internal and external architectural design to drive solutions and value-selling.
- Provide responses to Platform & Technical questions for tenders and bids.
- Deliver presentations & provide expertise through workshops and meetings with customers.
- Develop relationships with key internal & external stakeholders and work closely with the sales organisation to build relationships with customers.
- Ensure that systems and processes are maintained and be a thought leader in suggesting new ways of improving systems.
- Assist the sales team with presales activities including assistance on the development of formal sales plans, proposals and presentations for prospective and existing customers.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture design concepts, integration architecture, and SaaS platforms.
