As a Business Development Manager, you\’ll own the go-to-market strategy for your product—driving new business, deepening adoption with existing customers, and building trusted industry relationships. Working with Sales, Marketing, Industry, and Product, you\’ll shape growth and the future of our solutions.

We\’re hiring multiple BDMs to grow our market-leading products. This hands-on role puts you at the center of customer engagement, solving complex challenges and delivering real outcomes. You\’ll be the subject matter expert in your domain, driving expansion across industries.

We are recruiting across five distinct product areas—each with its own strategic focus, yet unified by the core responsibilities of the BDM role:

  • Human Resource & Payroll (HRP)
  • Financials (FIN)
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Student Management (STM)
  • Timetabling & Scheduling (T&S)

What you will be doing…

  • Partner with the Product GM to design and execute the go-to-market strategy
  • Grow product footprint and acquire new customers with Sales and Industry leaders
  • Drive expansion across ANZ and the UK, transforming the HCM market
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Marketing, articulating enterprise value
  • Analyse customer and market needs to identify opportunities
  • Manage a rolling four-quarter pipeline for HR & Payroll products
  • Deliver value propositions, support demos, and build ROI cases
  • Collaborate with presales, architects, and product teams on customer solutions
  • Act as HR & Payroll subject matter expert for Sales and Presales in ANZ and the UK
  • Track global HCM trends and competitors to shape product strategy
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and thought leadership
  • Proven experience in HR and/or Payroll SaaS sales and business development
  • Strong preference for UK as well as ANZ experience
  • Experience in working in complex global business and matrix management
  • Ideally experience in Public Sector or Education Sector HCM sales or services
  • Strong consultative and solution-led sales skills
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and support customer references
  • Recognised as an HCM influencer
  • Deep understanding of the People Management domain and impacts
