As a Business Development Manager of our Financials solution, you\’ll own the go‑to‑market strategy for your product. You\’ll focus on generating new business, increasing adoption within existing customers, and building trusted relationships across industries. Collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Industry, Marketing, and Product, you\’ll help drive sustainable growth and shape the direction of our solutions.
As a part of our R&D team, you will be dedicated to growing one of our market‑leading products. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work directly with customers, tackle complex challenges, and deliver real outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the Product General Manager, you’ll be designing and executing the go‑to‑market strategy with them.
- Growing product footprint and acquiring new customers in partnership with Sales and Industry leaders.
- Launching upsell and cross‑sell initiatives with Marketing.
- Conducting industry needs analysis to identify opportunities and fit.
- Managing and supporting a rolling four‑quarter pipeline.
- Delivering tailored value propositions, demos, and ROI analyses to influence decisions.
- Partnering with presales, solution architects, and product teams to design customer‑focused offerings.
- Acting as a product subject matter expert, mentoring sales and presales teams.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy and roadmap.
- Championing innovation, continuous improvement and thought leadership.
- Building and leveraging TechnologyOne customer reference stories to support sales engagements and strengthen market credibility.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and activate high‑impact TechnologyOne references across industries.
- Driving brand visibility and Tampa presence through thought leadership, industry events, and strategic content.
- Generating and nurturing pipeline through targeted campaigns, outbound initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Supporting Sales with enablement tools, insights, and tailored messaging to accelerate deal velocity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in ERP or enterprise SaaS sales (B2B or product/industry‑specific).
- Preferred experience working with at least one of the listed product areas.
- Strong consultative and solution‑led sales skills.
- Ability to build strategic customer relationships and drive reference‑ability.
- Well‑connected within industry and customer networks.
- Deep understanding of the domain and customer landscape.
- Skilled communicator and influencer across stakeholders.
- Experience coaching and enabling cross‑functional Duel teams.
