Our UK team has grown 20% in the past six months as a result of the growing demand for our SaaS technology. We are seeking a talented individual, who\’s passionate about ERP, to join our team as an Account Manager in our Higher Education vertical to grow our footprint across the UK.

This role can be offered on a hybrid basis for candidates based in London or the Greater London area, and remotely for those based elsewhere in the UK.

What you\’ll be doing…

  • Develop and execute against sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets from new and existing clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and continuously enhance a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Partner with the TechOne Direct team and sales leadership team to identify new business opportunities and build sustainable pipeline
  • Working closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs, selling suitable products, services and upgrades
  • Identify and analyse the market potential for TechnologyOne solutions within existing customer base, leveraging customer relationships to upsell and cross-sell
  • Create in-depth understanding of customers and prospects business objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, creating long-term business partnerships
  • Build and maintain rolling 4-quarter pipeline of active accounts and prospects, providing accurate forecasts to the Regional Manager
  • Negotiating price and volume discounts in accordance with the organisation\’s policies and liaising with sales leadership team, presales and operations to ensure client retention and continued business
  • Coordinate the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans
  • Proven experience working closely with stakeholders in the Higher Education sector in the UK
  • Successful track record across all sales activities, including lead generation, management of opportunities and bids, deal crafting, deal closing and client relationship management;
  • Proven success in exceeding sales target
  • Product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to translate client needs into a complete solution
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
