About the role;
As a Dynamics NAV/BC Support Consultant, you will provide support to customers and internal colleagues for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC products, including third-party add-ons.
To succeed, you should have good knowledge of the NAV/BC system and associated ISVs, preferably in a support capacity. You will also support short implementations of add-ons such as Jet and Continia, ideally with experience delivering these within a Microsoft Partner environment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Responding to and resolving NAV/BC support queries via phone, email, and remote access.
- Managing support cases to meet SLAs.
- Analyzing problems and investigating data.
- Participating in handover meetings for smooth support transitions.
- Updating knowledge with the latest software developments.
- Promoting continuous improvement and generating new business recommendations.
- Delivering consultancy for ISV installs of Jet/Continia in a hybrid capacity.
- Project managing and delivering CaaS Wave Releases according to Microsoft schedules.
- Performing additional duties as requested, in compliance with policies and legislation.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
- MB-800 certification is advantageous.
- Accounting background or qualifications preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Partner environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC is essential.
- Experience with Jet and Continia add-ons is preferred.
- Familiarity with Spindle, Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture and Expenses, Dime Scheduler, Zetadocs.
- Experience with remote access technologies is essential.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and maintenance plans.
