About the role; As a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Consultant, you will use Power Platform to contribute to the success of TSG and our customers. Your role involves understanding our customers\’ businesses and leveraging innovative technology to develop effective solutions across the value chain. You will handle all aspects of consultancy for our external clients, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and training. A Microsoft Partner background is essential for this role, and national travel will be required. Therefore, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Who are we? Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Analyze business requirements. Make product-based recommendations to customers based on their needs. Write high-standard documentation. Implement and configure solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Conduct user training sessions. Manage projects independently. Provide post go-live support as needed. Travel nationally as part of the role. Knowledge, Skills & Experience; Relevant Microsoft certifications related to D365 CE and Power Platform. Strong experience in D365 CE / Power Platform consultancy within a partner environment. Experience supporting or implementing multiple D365 CE projects. Functional and/or technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, Power Platform, and related technologies. Understanding of project and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and business acumen. Team-oriented and proactive work approach. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
