Overview
We are seeking DV‑cleared professionals to provide on‑shift operational leadership across cyber, network, service and physical security domains. This role combines operational command with light technical triage , ensuring incidents are understood, prioritised and coordinated effectively.
This is not a deep engineering role and not a traditional incident manager position. It suits someone who can maintain control, make decisions with incomplete information and lead multi‑disciplinary teams in real time.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a single operational picture across multiple domains
- Perform initial triage and validate alerts
- Coordinate incident response across SOC, NOC, infrastructure and security teams
- Direct escalation paths and prioritisation
- Support or initiate incident management when required
- Produce clear shift handovers, logs and decision records
- Identify patterns, anomalies and emerging issues early
Essential Experience

- Ability to interpret monitoring alerts, logs and dashboards at a high level
- Awareness of incident severity, impact and prioritisation

- Familiarity with incident tooling (e. g., Service Now)
