Role Overview: My client are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of our online store and marketplaces. You'll help ensure products are accurately listed, orders run smoothly, and customers have a great online experience. This role suits someone organised, analytical, and comfortable working with digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, returns, and refunds, including tracking
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or platform messaging
- Manage inventory updates and stock availability
- Assist with uploading and maintaining product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Monitor website performance, promotions, and product availability
- Assist with marketplace management (e.g. Amazon, eBay)
- Coordinate with in-house teams on promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Analyse basic sales data
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Experience with platforms such as eBay, Amazon
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using spreadsheets (Excel)
