About the Company
Our client is a well-established IFS consultancy and IFS Silver Partner delivering ERP implementation and transformation services across Manufacturing and Food & Beverage organisations throughout the UK. Built around a practical, client-focused approach, they partner with customers to deliver real operational value through successful IFS implementations and ongoing support services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to engage an experienced IFS Project Manager to support the successful delivery of end-to-end ERP transformation programmes.
The Role
As an IFS Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading full lifecycle IFS implementation projects across Manufacturing and Food & Beverage clients, ensuring successful delivery across timelines, budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement. This is a home-based role with travel to client sites as required by project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IFS implementation projects across multiple client environments
- Lead governance activities including risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including Functional, Technical, Change, and Testing teams
- Ensure projects are fully resourced and aligned to delivery objectives
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and change control processes
- Support Steering Committee reporting and senior stakeholder engagement
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and methodologies
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful ERP adoption and transformation outcomes
Required Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end IFS implementation programmes
- Strong understanding of ERP project management methodologies
- Experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food & Beverage environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of IFS Cloud delivery methodologies
- Experience working within consultancy environments
- Exposure to change management principles
- Experience using project planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
