Technology & Risk Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the kitchen and bathroom sector who are looking to add a Telesales Specialist to their team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in kitchen and bathroom sales who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth within an established customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Internal Sales & Account Development
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Analyse customer purchasing trends, order history and sales data to uncover opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Contact lapsed and low-spending customers to re-engage relationships and generate new orders.
  • Develop strong relationships with merchants, showrooms, installers and trade customers.
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns and sales leads.
  • Provide product advice, quotations, pricing support and account management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with external sales colleagues to maximise opportunities across key accounts.
  • Administration & Team Collaboration
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across the company's product range.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-based role.
  • Experience within the kitchen and bathroom sector desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction distribution, merchants or showroom sales would be highly advantageous.
