They’re growing fast, building a modern brand in a sector that hasn’t changed for decades, and they need a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their marketing engine. You’ll shape and deliver the end-to-end strategy, grow brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition across digital channels. What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute the marketing strategy, choosing the channels that matter for younger audiences.
  • Run digital campaigns across social, paid media, email, and web, refining messaging and targeting for maximum impact.
  • Lead content creation and ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice.
  • Grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta, plus manage PPC, paid social, and influencer activity.
  • Improve website content and user journeys to lift conversion.
  • Track performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Ensure all marketing activity meets FCA and regulatory standards.
