The Role
Sitting at the heart of our sales function, you will be a key point of contact for existing customers and channel partners, turning opportunities into accurate, timely quotes and helping to drive revenue in our channel-first business. You will work closely with our partners, Estimators and senior commercial team. You will:
- Act as a key point of sales contact for existing customers, providing a responsive and professional service
- Work closely with channel partners and their sales teams, and support the onboarding of new partners
- Produce accurate quotes for non-complex work and support the Estimators on more complex opportunities
- Ensure partners provide the right information to allow us to quote accurately and on time
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and new opportunities across the TPS portfolio
- Proactively follow up on all opportunities and maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM
About You
- Experience in sales support, inside sales, sales administration, customer service or account management, ideally in a B2B technology or connectivity environment
- A confident and professional communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- Highly organised and accurate, comfortable managing multiple opportunities to deadlines
- Commercially aware, proactive and focused on identifying opportunities
- Confident working with CRM systems to manage a pipeline and keep records accurate
Highly desirable: experience of a channel or partner sales model, familiarity with IT infrastructure or connectivity products, and experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
