Technology Powered Services (TPS) is a fast-growing, privately owned infrastructure and technology business. Debt-free and financially independent, we design, install and support complex connectivity and infrastructure projects for enterprise customers and channel partners nationwide.
This role sits in our Cellular Infrastructure division, which delivers the technology elements of UK mobile network programmes: rigging, antennas and radios, power and electrical, microwave transmission, small cells, commissioning and decommissioning. The division is new and growing, so you will help shape how it works as it scales.
Our mission is to empower partners and enterprise customers by delivering complex infrastructure projects with unparalleled speed, precision and technical expertise.
The Role
You will be the live link between our field teams, the customer and the wider business while work is under way, keeping every site moving and every stakeholder informed. You will:
- Track the day’s planned work, attendance and progress across live sites
- Help field teams resolve access, material and information issues on the day
- Track outage windows and escalate overruns and safety concerns immediately
- Issue progress reports to the customer for each live site through the day
- Collect completion photos, test results and handover evidence
- Prepare end-of-day summaries and clear handovers
About You
- Experience in operational coordination, scheduling or field service support
- Calm and organised when managing several live jobs at once
- A clear communicator with field teams, clients and colleagues
- Confident with Excel, Outlook and shared trackers
- Able to support planned out-of-hours works where required
Highly desirable: experience supporting 4G or 5G site works, familiarity with network operations and outage coordination, and awareness of RAMS and site safety.
