About the Role
TRR is supporting a major UK digital transformation programme within a high-profile enterprise environment. We are looking for multiple experienced ServiceNow Developers to join an established platform team delivering across ITSM and IT Operations capabilities. This is a hands-on development role working across configuration, customisation, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules within a complex enterprise estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions across ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- Build and enhance workflows, scripts, and automation capabilities
- Support integration work across enterprise systems
- Work within Agile delivery teams across a large-scale platform environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow estate
Key Requirements
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Engineer
- Proven delivery across ITSM and ITOM
- Strong JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting experience
- Exposure to automation, workflows, or AI/virtual agent capabilities beneficial
- Experience working in large enterprise or government-style environments preferred
Desirable
- Exposure to AI-driven ServiceNow features (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, etc.)
- Integration experience (REST / SOAP APIs)
- Agile delivery experience
