Role: Mortgage Broker & Engagement Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Location: Remote with occasional office visits (1-2 times per month). Travel & accommodation expenses covered (£40 travel / £60 accommodation).

We are working with a leading UK mutual financial services organisation to appoint a Mortgage Broker & Engagement Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of mortgage product marketing and broker engagement activity. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategies that increase awareness, strengthen broker relationships, and drive intermediary-led mortgage business.

About the Role

You will take ownership of mortgage marketing strategy, ensuring the organisation remains front of mind with brokers, particularly for complex and specialist lending cases. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams, you will lead insight-led campaigns across multiple channels and play a key role in shaping proposition-led messaging within a regulated environment.
