TRR have been commissioned to identify a skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect to support the design and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB and CSDM for one of their government clients. Must be UK based. Fully Remote. Long Term contract - Excellent Day Rate DOE.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- The role will provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices and capable of supporting scalable service management solutions.
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations.
- Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance.
- Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation.
Required Skills/Experience
- The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance.
- Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture, especially multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Good understanding of ITIL service management processes.
