Role: ServiceNow Developer - CSM / SPM Role Type: Contract Location: UK | Fully Remote Technology & Risk Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a contract-based programme. We are looking for ServiceNow professionals with strong hands-on development experience and exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure solutions across the ServiceNow platform. Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations. Use JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools to deliver robust solutions. Support configuration and development across CSM and/or SPM. Troubleshoot, test and resolve technical issues. Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. Required Experience: Strong commercial experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant . Hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge. Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, integrations and customisation. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and development lifecycle. CIS-CSM and/or CIS-SPM certification is highly desirable. Previous experience working on ServiceNow implementation or transformation programmes.
