Role: Senior ServiceNow Engineering Lead Location: South-West UK (Hybrid) Job Type: Permanent | Full-time The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineering Lead to drive innovation  in delivering enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for developing scalable, high-quality software. Key Responsibilities Designing and delivering best-in-class solutions. Oversee development, system architecture, and integrations to ensure high performance and stability. Define and enforce best practices for coding, security, and ServiceNow development standards. Drive automation and process improvements, minimising manual interventions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Skills & Experience Required Proven leadership experience in managing ServiceNow development teams. Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and automation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and API-based integrations. Ability to optimise ServiceNow modules for performance, scalability, and security. Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
