This role ensures successful design, implementation, integration, and adoption of SuccessFactors modules, working closely with HR, IT, external delivery partners, and business stakeholders. You will drive programme governance, ensure delivery quality, and manage risks, resources, timelines, and budget to achieve strategic HR transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage programme plans, RAID logs, resource plans, dependencies, and critical paths. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including HR, IT, change management, data, and external SI partners. Ensure programme delivery aligns with organisational strategy, business case, and approved scope. Ensure data integrity, security and compliance throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, steering committees, HR leadership, and third‑party vendors. Facilitate regular governance forums, providing high‑quality reporting, updates, and recommendations. Build strong relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Technology functions. Communicate programme progress, risks and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Solution Governance & Quality Assurance: Oversee functional design integrity across all SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation). Ensure appropriate documentation, testing cycles, cutover plans, and deployment processes are followed. Drive resolution of complex design challenges, integration issues, and data quality concerns.
- Change, Adoption & Training: Partner with Change & Comms teams to ensure smooth user adoption and behaviour change. Oversee training materials, knowledge transfer, and hypercare activities. Ensure that process design and system configuration support long‑term operational efficiency.
- Risk, Compliance & Financial Management: Own programme risks, issues, mitigation plans, and escalation paths. Manage budget, forecasting, vendor costs, commercial agreements, and change requests. Ensure compliance with data protection, audit, security, and internal governance frameworks.
