Role: ServiceNow Developer / Lead Developer (SC Cleared)Location: London or Milton Keynes (Hybrid - flexible onsite arrangement)Duration: 6-month rolling contractClearance: Active SC Clearance requiredTechnology & Risk Recruitment are supporting a major UK Government greenfield ServiceNow programme and are building out a high-performing ITSM delivery team.This is a rare opportunity to be involved from day one of a full ServiceNow platform build, rather than joining an established or heavily customised environment.The OpportunityYou will be part of a new ServiceNow capability being stood up within a secure environment, contributing directly to the design, build, and delivery of core ITSM functionality using modern ServiceNow tooling.This is a hands-on development role with genuine influence over how the platform is shaped.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutionsDevelop workflows using Flow DesignerDeliver enhancements and new functionality across the platformWork closely with technical and functional teams in a greenfield environmentSupport integration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow servicesApply ITIL-aligned best practice throughout deliveryRequired ExperienceStrong ServiceNow Development background (ITSM focus)Hands-on experience with Flow DesignerCSA (Certified System Administrator) as a minimumSolid understanding of ITIL processesExperience delivering in enterprise or complex environmentsEssential RequirementsActive SC Clearance (mandatory)Available for hybrid working (London or Milton Keynes)Contract availability or short notice periodDesirable ExperienceGovernment, Defence or regulated sector exposurePrevious greenfield ServiceNow implementationsAdditional ServiceNow certifications (CAD / CIS-ITSM)Experience operating in lead or mentoring capacity (for senior level roles)This is a strong long-term programme offering stability, meaningful platform ownership, and the chance to work on a true greenfield ServiceNow build within a secure environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
