Role: IT Systems Manager (Infor Syteline Specialist) Location: Leeds or Scunthorpe (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Technology & Risk Recruitment are partnering with a leading UK manufacturing and distribution business to appoint a Systems Manager with strong experience in Infor ERP. This is a key leadership role within the organisation's technology function, responsible for ensuring the stability, optimisation, and continuous improvement of core business systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT function, with ownership of ERP and core business systems Act as the primary expert for Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial Design and deliver dashboards, reporting, and automation solutions Work closely with operational teams to improve system efficiency and business processes Manage IT infrastructure, vendors, and system integrations Drive digital improvement initiatives across the organisation What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial Background in IT management or senior systems leadership roles Proven ability to build dashboards, reporting frameworks, or BI solutions Experience with automation and process improvement Strong stakeholder management skills Manufacturing or distribution sector experience is highly desirable Why Apply?
