We're seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter with strong self-build lending expertise to support a busy financial services client.
The Role:
- Underwrite self-build and complex mortgage cases end-to-end
- Make fast, accurate lending decisions in line with policy
- Manage your own pipeline and deliver to SLAs
- Liaise directly with brokers and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record in self-build underwriting (essential)
- Experience across complex lending (e.g. HNW, self-employed, BTL, HMO, development finance)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
Details:
- Competitive day rate contract
