About the Company
Our client is a specialist IFS consultancy and IFS Silver Partner delivering ERP implementation and transformation services across Manufacturing and Food & Beverage organisations throughout the UK. With a practical, delivery-focused approach, they help customers maximise the value of their ERP investments through successful implementations, optimisation programmes, and ongoing consultancy services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to engage experienced IFS Functional Consultants specialising across Manufacturing and Service & Maintenance workstreams.
The Role
You will lead functional workstreams across full lifecycle IFS implementations, working closely with customers and internal teams to design and deliver ERP solutions aligned to operational business needs. The role is home-based with travel required in line with project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer workshops to gather functional requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable IFS solutions and configurations
- Configure and implement IFS modules aligned to best practice
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout ERP transformation programmes
- Provide recommendations around optimisation, reporting, and process improvement
- Work closely with technical teams around integrations, reporting, and customisations
- Collaborate with wider functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing
Required Experience
- Strong IFS Functional Consulting experience
- Proven end-to-end IFS implementation delivery
- Experience across Manufacturing and/or Service & Maintenance modules
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food & Beverage environments
Desirable Experience
- IFS Cloud exposure
- Consultancy background
- Process manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution advisory activities
