Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Technology & Risk Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an IT Systems Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional looking to take ownership of an established IT function while playing a key role in the future development of the company's business systems.

This role would suit an experienced IT Manager, IT Systems Manager, Infrastructure Manager or Head of IT who enjoys working across the full IT landscape from infrastructure and business systems through to projects, reporting and continuous improvement.

Whilst previous Infor ERP experience would be advantageous, it isn't essential.

The business is looking for someone with strong transferable ERP and IT management experience who is keen to learn the Infor platform as part of their long-term development.

The Opportunity As IT Systems Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the IT function, ensuring the business has reliable, secure and scalable technology to support its continued growth.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, external technology partners and users across the business to deliver improvements, drive automation and maximise the value of the company's IT systems.

This is a varied role combining operational IT management with business systems ownership and technology improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Lead and manage the company's IT function and technology roadmap. 2.

Take ownership of business-critical systems, infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations. 3.

Support, develop and continually improve the company's ERP platform (Infor), with full support provided to develop your expertise. 4.

Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements and process optimisation. 5.

Create dashboards and management reporting to improve business visibility and decision-making. 6.

Manage IT projects from planning through to successful delivery. 7.
