As an Online Client Advisor, you will manage client interactions via phone, chat, and email. Your outreach will involve sharing our brand ethos, demonstrating an understanding of the clientele's brand and needs, developing and presenting appropriate solutions, addressing any concerns, and closing the sale (referring to the field sales team where appropriate) whilst ensuring a personalised and supportive purchasing experience.

You will work closely and collaboratively with the field sales team to ensure the best possible result and handle all requests from new and/or existing customers, following up on leads from marketing campaigns. Teamwork and relationships are key to delivery.

Your Impact

  • Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targets
  • Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs, offering the right solution to both them and their customers
  • Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales
  • Schedule visits with your field sales colleagues where the customer's needs are best placed within these areas
  • Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Technogym Ambassador
  • Maximise outbound call campaigns
  • Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed
  • Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
  • Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
  • Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
  • Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)

About You

  • Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
  • You are a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills and strong teamwork.
  • You are cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Knowledge of the steps within the sales process – previous software sales experience highly desirable.
  • Previous experience selling into the hospitality/residential sector would be advantageous.
  • CRM and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional customer relations (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use.
