Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and results‑oriented Sales Executive to join Troy and the team out of our UK headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue by delivering a seamless sales experience within the Hospitality & Residential market; managing client interactions via phone, chat, and email. As an online client advisor, your outreach will involve sharing our brand ethos, demonstrating an understanding of the clientele’s brand and needs, developing and presenting the appropriate solutions, addressing any concerns, and closing the sale while ensuring a personalised and supportive purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and over‑achieve inside sales targets.
  • Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs, offering the right solution to both them and their customers.
  • Manage inbound calls while creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales.
  • Schedule visits with field sales colleagues where the customer’s needs are best placed within these areas.
  • Keep up‑to‑date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Technogym Ambassador.
  • Maximise outbound call campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed.
  • Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments.
  • Manage and profile the CRM database to ensure information is accurate and up to date – knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale.
  • Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided).

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the steps within the sales process – previous software sales experience highly desirable.
  • Previous experience selling into the hospitality / residential sector would be advantageous.
  • CRM and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional customer relations (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use.
  • Communication, active listening and remote presentation skills.
