Your Role

As the Company is growing we have 6 new Customer Success & Digital Account sales positions available. These will be in the following areas:

  • National
  • London South, West End & North
  • South East and Home Counties
  • Midlands and Central
  • North West and Northern Ireland
  • Scotland

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Customer Success & Digital Account sales to join Tim and the team in driving revenue growth in new locations for our Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions. As the Customer Success & Digital Account, you will develop and deliver sales strategies, and drive the acquisition of new customers/digital sites. You will have a strong understanding of SAAS products, a passion for wellness and a proven track record in sales performance. In order to build meaningful and successful client relationships, you will travel to customers across the North of the UK and naturally, you will live in the North of the UK with strong transport links and will be comfortable taking on a high degree of travel.

Your Impact

  • Achieve and over-achieve digital revenue and KPI targets within your assigned account base
  • Educate, collaborate with and guide the segment sales teams on their digital solutions knowledge to achieve and exceed their digital sales targets
  • Drive the acquisition of new digital sites by prospecting, qualifying leads, and working closely with the sales teams to deliver Total Wellness Solutions
  • Work closely with current customers in your assigned account base to manage the churn of digital licenses
  • Present our digital solutions to customers and prospects both directly and alongside the segment sales teams; both 1-2-1 with customers and in group innovation outlook/event settings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts
  • Analyse sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Utilize data-driven insights to ensure maximum execution of revenue and innovation opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to digital management
  • Ensure timely and comprehensive reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and results
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance the company's competitive position
  • Support the customer post-sale providing strategic customer success support, onboarding customers into the Technogym Eco system.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets (minimum of 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of SAAS products, business models, and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Independent and organised
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to utilise data interpretation skills to provide actionable recommendations
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Results-driven with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving success
  • Passion for sport, fitness and wellness
