Your Role
Maintenance Engineer – responsible for resolving all customer requests related to the installation and maintenance of our products in the London region.
Responsibilities
- Analysing the root causes of product issues in order to carry out the necessary repairs for proper operation on the first visit.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective incident management.
- Managing spare parts stock and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory records.
- Providing customers with technical support and guidance on the use and care of Technogym equipment.
- Properly managing work orders and service reports.
- Scheduling on‑site visits in line with departmental goals.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, proactively checking equipment for potential issues.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement for service and providing information back to team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanics/electronics or digital.
