Technogym invites the shortlisted candidate to join the Order Fulfilment & Logistics team based at our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role is permanent and full time, focusing on the premium customer journey, executing order‑to‑cash processes, and ensuring a seamless and well‑communicated process flow.

Your Role

Order Fulfilment & Logistics Specialist responsible for managing order-to-cash processes, delivery & snagging, stock optimisation, CRM updates, TG Care Activities, and post‑delivery surveys.

What You Will Do

  • Guarantee precise and timely order processing, ensuring governance and compliance across the order‑to‑cash cycle.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience, managing customer journey touch points.
  • Plan and manage delivery via the logistics portal, including date management, D&I job assignment, and activity closing.
  • Optimise free stock and manage purchase orders to HQ, ensuring proper stock movement.
  • Maintain an accurate order portfolio, avoiding expired backlog and liaising proactively with Sales to prevent backlog slippage.
  • Update the CRM system with all relevant customer service data.
  • Manage TG Care Activities and provide timely feedback to customer enquiries.
  • Conduct post‑delivery surveys, assess satisfaction, and proactively resolve issues.

About You

  • Passionate about fitness, proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong time and workload management skills.
  • Excellent telephone and written communication, and system savvy (SAP, Outlook).

What You Should Bring

  • Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and empathy.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
  • Analytical, structured approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
  • Exceptional time management and resilience.
