Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join Troy and the team out of our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue by delivering a seamless sales experience within the Hospitality and Residential market; managing client interactions via phone, chat, and email. As an Online Client Advisor, your outreach will involve sharing our brand ethos, demonstrating an understanding of the clientele's brand and needs, developing and presenting the appropriate solutions, addressing any concerns, and closing the sale (referring onto the field sales team where appropriate) whilst ensuring a personalised and supportive purchasing experience. You will work closely and collaboratively with the field sales team to ensure the best possible result and will handle all requests from new and/or existing customers; following up on leads from marketing campaigns.
Your Impact
- Achieve and over‑achieve inside sales targets
- Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs, offering the right solution to both them and their customers
- Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales
- Schedule visits with your field sales colleagues where the customers needs are best placed within these areas
- Keep up‑to‑date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Technogym Ambassador
- Maximise outbound call campaigns
- Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed
- Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
- Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
- Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
- Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)
About You
Ideally you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You are a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills and strong teamwork. You are cool‑tempered and able to handle rejection.
