Your Role
Not only are we growing, but we are also investing in the growth, refinement and deployment of our brand. With this comes an opportunity to join the UK marketing team as we create a brand new role responsible for energy, connection and storytelling. In this role you will be responsible for the creation and execution of storytelling from idea, planning to execution in collaboration with the brand guidelines and marketing initiatives. This success of this role will be the storytelling linked to athletes, talent and the to identify, co-ordinate and activate communities in line with the Technogym clusters of Fitness, Wellness, Sport and Health. Reporting to the UK Marketing Director you will understand the power of brand, storytelling and community through talent, activations and digital content to grow brand awareness and sales. Most amazing of all, you will play in a key role in continuing the success of Technogym UK particularly with a London focus. Not only is London a key demographic for this sector, London is the gateway to the world, to be successful in the role you will need to reside within easy reach of Technogym London boutique in Mayfair.
Your Impact
- Support in executing marketing concepts, in accordance with the overall brand aims by being the central point for community building and championing our clusters first approach.
- Build marketing concept ideas individually, with the marketing team, with talent and/or with the support of agencies that aligns with Technogym brand and communities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, social media, and brand content teams to amplify concepts, stories, events and activations.
- Support the creation and execution of regular activations and events (Technogym London and outside), driving awareness and creating a community.
- At Technogym London particularly, support the execution of the events with talent to drive brand awareness, visits and sales.
- Build partnerships and co-branded executions that align with the Technogym values, goals and resonate with Technogym clusters (brands, membership groups, clubs, talent, influencers).
- Develop ideas and initiative to build strong customer relationships and create customer lifetime value.
- Support and lead the capturing of content aligned with talent and clusters, ensuring that content fits brand guidelines and is KPI driven.
- Ad hoc support and ideation for marketing campaigns led by other members of the wider marketing team.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an engaging and highly motivated people manager, with a high degree of empathy.
What you should bring:
- Experience 3 years+ activating communities / ambassadors / influencers.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with ability to connect authentically across different communities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas, but focused on execution and action.
- Passion and familiarity with sport, fitness, wellness and consumer trends.
- Results-driven, hands-on operator who is a team player.
